Bell Accelerator Fund Announces Two New Strategic Investments

TORONTO, ON, May 11, 2005 - Bell Accelerator Fund, the R&D investments arm of Bell Canada, today announced strategic R&D funding agreements with Montreal, Quebec-based Trellia Networks Inc. and Vancouver, BC-based Most Home Corp.

Through the Bell Accelerator Fund, Bell Canada, Trellia Networks and Most Home will partner to jointly fund, develop and launch two innovative wireless products offerings. The new products are extensions of the current product lines and core capabilities of the investee companies. Trellia Networks Inc. provides telecommunications carriers, wireless operators, enterprise customers and Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNOs) a unique and powerful wireless data subscriber solution for universal connectivity and roaming in today's fast-changing wireless network environment. Most Home Corp. is a leading real estate services company providing technology services for agents, brokers and real estate franchises.

The Bell Accelerator Fund is actively seeking out additional R&D funding opportunities with a specific focus on platforms, applications and services for consumers and enterprises. The Bell Accelerator Fund is focused on identifying, financing and accelerating the development of emerging products & services that encompass wireless voice and data as well as wireless convergence products. The Accelerator Fund allows emerging and established firms who have an early stage, pre-commercialized product idea to receive development capital.
