When you submit a support request to support@trellia.com, you’ll receive an automated response from Wyse directing you to the Wyse Self-service Portal. Here you can create and update support cases online, leverage a vast knowledge base and find other helpful information. The Wyse support team is fully trained on Trellia products and can assist you in resolving any problems that you may encounter.

Submitting cases through the Wyse Self-service Portal will help us respond to and resolve your problems quickly. The first time you access the portal, you’ll need to register. Download the Self-service guide if you need further information about how to use the Self-service Portal.
