At Trella, we're committed to offering excellent services. The conditions under which refunds for purchases made via our platform may be requested and processed are described in this policy.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may qualify for a refund in the following circumstances:

  • Unresolved technical issues that prevent consumers from using services within 48 hours
  • Repeated transactions or inaccurate invoices
  • Services that don't match the description
  • Cancellation within the applicable cooling-off period

3. Refund Timeframes

Refund eligibility depends on the service type:

  • SAP Access Subscriptions: 7-day money-back guarantee starting on the day of purchase
  • Online Courses: 14-day timeframe (if less than 20% of the course is finished)
  • Enterprise Solutions: 30-day review period in accordance with the conditions of the contract
  • Custom Implementations: examined on a case-by-case basis.

4. Refund Request Process

To start requesting a refund:

  1. Send an email to admin@trellia.com to reach our support staff.
  2. Give your order number and the request's justification.
  3. Requests are reviewed within three to five business days.
  4. Approved refunds are completed within ten to fourteen business days.

5. Refund Processing Details

Following authorization:

  • The original payment method is used to provide refunds
  • Processing times are set by your payment source.
  • Partial refunds may be available for unused subscription periods.
  • Currency disparities might occur while sending money abroad.

6. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not available for:

  • Completed consulting or services for custom development
  • Goods or services provided by third parties
  • setup or one-time costs; special or promotional deals

    Your subscription may be cancelled at any moment. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Partial compensation for underutilised periods is not provided unless required by law. You may use your account dashboard or get in touch with support to cancel.
