3.2 Billing & Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled before to the next payment period. Charges are applied at the start of each cycle. You may cancel at any time, but access will last until the current term ends.

3.3 Refunds

New memberships are eligible for a 30-day return policy. Requests must be made within 30 days after the initial purchase.

4. Content & Intellectual Property

4.1 Ownership

Trellia or its licensees own the courses, videos, materials, software, and other content that may be accessed via the Services, and they are all protected by intellectual property laws.

4.2 License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for non-commercial, personal educational purposes, subject to these terms.

4.3 Restrictions

You may not: Copy, duplicate, or distribute content without permission. Make or modify derivative works. Permit others to access your account. Use content for commercial purposes without authorisation

The maximum amount of our liability shall be the amount you paid during the 12 months before the claim.
